The Good Stuff, vol. 9
Happy Thursday friends, I woke up with some renewed energy and outlook today! My kids are home for our second straight week of no camps and if I’m being totally honest, it’s been a roller coaster. Some days are great, some days everyone acts like crazy people (yes, even me). As I sit down to pull together today’s story, they’re sifting through thousands of Lego pieces trying to put together an old set that they previously destroyed. Talk about some serious focus!
We’ve gone to the pool and celebrated Jack’s (my youngest) birthday this week and I think they’re just finally settling into that lazy summer vibe where they don’t need to be entertained every minute of every day and as a mom, that’s the best.
Finding time to sit down and work or film some content has definitely been a bit more challenging, but it’s the flexibility of being able to fit in work in random chunks that’s always drawn me to content creation as a job, so here we are. Grateful that I’m getting to do this again, but also sometimes frustrated that I don’t have more time, haha!
I’ve been filtering through some of my favorite shops this morning and realized something. It’s this time of year that I start seeing more pieces that feel less straight summer and a little bit transitional, and while we still have QUITE a bit of summer left, I wanted to include a few items that work for now and into fall as well.
It’s a random compilation of things, but all GOOD stuff ;)

The Good Stuff, vol. 9
Shift Dress with Tie Shoulders: I have this exact dress in another color way and I love it! It’s so comfortable and easy to wear and can be dressed up and down. I adore this lobster/shell/ocean-y print!
Tortoise Jelly Sandals: I loved my Birks, they’re comfortable, but I don’t love how they look if I’m being honest. These give the same style and fit, but a more fun and stylish look!
Crinkle Suit with Coverage: Hunza G suits have been on my radar forever and everyone that has one says they love it. My biggest hang up is deciding which color and which style. They just introduced a line with more coverage.
Striped Green & Blue Sweater: I’ve been eyeing this sweater for the past month and recently saw a friend wearing it. It’s SO beautiful and I love the rollneck! I’m big on stripes at the moment.
White Jeans: These are my MOST worn white jeans. The perfect ankle cropped, fitted through the hips and legs, and wider at the bottom, but not tight! Worth every penny IMO!
Pain-Free Bra: I needed a bra so badly and just got this one and I really love it. It doesn’t have an underwire, but more of a silicone “underwire” that’s comfortable, but still really supportive.
Charm Necklace: I ADORE this necklace and the charms have such a fun mix of colors that go with so much. I love the pearl and sunshine details, it just feels so beachy and carefree.
Rondelle Bead Necklace: I have so many fun beaded necklaces at this point and one of the biggest reasons is because they can make one outfit (top and bottoms) look totally different by swapping out the jewelry. And, as you know, i’m all about getting more out of your closet. I love that the shapes of this one are a bit different and creates some unique contrast, especially if you’re layering them!
Floral Quilt Set: This fun cottage-inspired quilt set comes in several different colors and is probably the quickest way to make a bedroom feel more cozy and homey. Our house is a cottage-style and I love leaning into that style because it just feels happy.
Straw Bucket Bag: I love my straw tote, but fully admit that sometimes it’s a little big, I love this version that keeps things a bit more contained and is a fun shape!
Striped Blue & White Sweater: Another cute striped sweater that’s perfect for chilly nights, the beach, lake or mountains and works well into fall as well!
Mesh Bra: Who else has neglected their bra and underwear collection for too long? I don’t really know that I would wear this outside the house, but for hanging around or sleeping in, this looks so cute and comfy! And honestly, we all could use a little more cheeky fun in our lives ;)
Jada Woven Flats: I have these in a nude color and wear them all the time, but I love these fun colored ones and better yet, they’re on sale (like $110 cheaper!!)! Use code BLAIR10 for 10% off (I’m not 100% sure it works with sale codes, but worth a shot!)
Tennis Necklace (Faux): Layer this with some simple gold necklaces, a charm necklace or a beaded one! So fun and it’s priced well!
Saltyface Tanning Spray: I can get pretty tan in the summer, but my face always looks more fair because I am religious about wearing sunscreen and covering it with a hat whenever I’m outside (thanks to pregnancy melasma). About once or twice a week, I spray 3-4 spritzes of this on my face and massage it in and it gives me a really nice, natural tan without the damage.
Pleated Skirt: I can see this being worn now with a black or navy tank and into winter with a sweater and ballet flats. A classic color combination for sure!
High-Waisted Linen Shorts: I really love the length of these. I’ve been wearing my linen shorts a bunch. They’re so lightweight and breezy—great for this heat wave we’re having right now!
Olina Cropped Pants: I ADORE this goldish chartreuse color and immediately ordered. I will definitely be wearing this summer, but I also see these as great pants for fall and winter holiday. They have a fun sheen to them, but can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. I’ll def be wearing with my Lakes pullover that I knitted when it cools off!
Happy shopping my friends!
